September 10th, 2020 – Farsoon Technologies is proud to announce the successful delivery and installation of multiple systems to the service bureau Chuanglian 3D Technology Co., Ltd (refer to as Chuanglian 3D), the order included a CAMS HT1001P and 3 Flight 403P systems.
Chuanglian 3D’s order of Farsoon machines adds to its existing portfolio of more than 100 additive and post processing systems, establishing themselves as the largest 3D printing service provider in the north-east coast of China. Also following the investment of Farsoon’s CAMS (Continuous Additive Manufacturing Solution) HT1001P system, Chuanglian 3D is now capable of continuous series production with build volume of up to one meter wide, 50 cm deep and 45 cm high. Farsoon’s latest Fiber-laser SLS production platform Flight 403P offers improved printing speed, detail resolutions and a new range of compatible materials for designated applications.

Chuanglian 3D is the latest in a growing list of industrial customers to work with Farsoon. Earlier in November 2019, two prominent service bureaus in Germany — Modellbau Kurz GmbH and FKM Sintertechnik GmbH announced the completion of Farsoon CAMS HT1001P beta-testing and entering fully commercialized operation. With “Open for Industry” philosophy, Farsoon communicate openly with the two companies the adapted additive configurations towards their application priorities. The never-before ability of manufacturing functional plastic parts up to 1 meter or even larger in one piece, or series-producing small parts in batches opened a new horizon to improve the profitability of service bureaus.

In June 2020, BMW Group New AM Technology campus opened its door to future smart factory for automotive. Featured prominently at this new campus is the large-format laser sintering system from Farsoon. The HT1001P offers BMW continuous manufacturing and large-sized parts fabrication capability on their production floor.
